By using Ribbnd, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Ribbnd provides automated gift suggestions, saved gift-planning tools, reminders, and links to third-party marketplaces, retailers, and experience providers. Recommendations are informational and may be incomplete, unavailable, incorrectly priced, or unsuitable. Confirm details, dates, restrictions, and return policies with the provider before purchasing.
Accounts and reminders
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your email account. Dates and reminders are planning aids; delivery is not guaranteed. Do not rely on Ribbnd for emergency, legal, medical, or other time-critical notices.
Affiliate relationships
Ribbnd may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through disclosed third-party links at no additional cost to you. Those providers control products and experiences, prices, availability, transactions, fulfillment, cancellations, and customer service.
Your responsibilities
Use the service lawfully. Do not probe or bypass security, scrape or overload the service, submit unlawful or highly sensitive personal information, impersonate others, or use recommendations to harm or discriminate against anyone. Only provide information about other people that you are permitted to use for personal gift planning.
Intellectual property
Ribbnd’s branding, interface, software, and original content belong to the service owner or licensors. You retain rights in information you submit and grant us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, missed occasions, provider conduct, or purchases made through third-party links.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features, suspend misuse, and update these terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.
